I am looking to sublease my single room in a 2bd-1bath unit at 10822 Carnegie Ave, Cleveland. The apartment is very close to south quad of CWRU campus (only 5-min walking distance). The entire unit features a split layout with two bedrooms, two living rooms and a kitchen. Let me know if you are interested. This is posted in January 2024.
For the price, it's a really good deal! Fantastic location - can walk to Case Western and the Cleveland Clinic in a few minutes. It's an older building, so no A/C, so you'll want to pick up a window unit. The bedroom windows slide horizontally, so you may need to get a portable window AC unit. The heating bill wasn't too bad in the winter: around 80-100/month. The slope to get into the back parking lot can be a little slippery in winter, so get a running start before trying to drive up.
