We had Liberty Exteriors install steel siding and gutters on our home, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and detail-oriented throughout the project. The quality of the steel siding is excellent—it not only looks fantastic but also feels incredibly durable and built to last. The installation crew was efficient, respectful of our property, and clearly takes pride in their work.
The short version: we signed a contract to replace windows in 4 rooms, submitted the downpayment, which Liberty cashed, then, in response to sharing concerns over their poor communication (in hope of addressing that issue as we moved forward with the project), they responded by cancelling our project/backing out of the contract—flat out rejecting our business. Prompt with estimate, very reasonable. It rained/snowed the whole time they were installing. Very pleased with the work & quality of gutters
