Wonderful wonderful wonderful service! I only have great things to say about this shop and every staff member in there. My husband and I live in Atlanta, but we purchased a box truck from Penske in VA. We flew in to get our truck only to find some issues. Brought the truck over to Liberty Equipment and they were wonderful from start to finish. Everything was great from start to finish! I own a small moving and transport business. So needed to get back on the road quickly. The ONLY delay (a very small one) was waiting on parts. Very much appreciate the professionalism and service!
Small businesses RUN they will just keep changing your parts and never find the problem! Had the truck for over a month picked the truck up on 3 different occasions and only made it 20 mins down the road and the final time they said it was done it wouldn’t even start in there parking lot! They are sweet to your face but will drain your pockets and not fix the problem! Small businesses owners beware they can put you out of business
