They do not allow you to pay online with a bank/credit card, or setup autopay using a credit card. They instead require you to provide your bank info to accomplish either of these tasks - completely unacceptable. With cybersecurity attacks so prominent in today's environment, I do not trust (and nor should you) any company to have and protect that sensitive info. Afterall, what guarantee or compensation do they provide if that information is compromised?
Bills are always so late, and then try and get someone good luck with that
Sends me three different bills for one month that way they can give me three different service charges for paperwork! The governor should hear about this scam! Rude employees not helpful also! Thank you Republicans for the total racket on gas, no one else can even get to fill it communist America!
