I just wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for Dr. Chiao and her assistant Susie’s incredible care and professionalism to my 5 years old daughter today. Dr. Chiao was absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend her for root canal and/or any other endodontist related services any time! I was there for a 3 hour procedure. I felt nothing, and the x-rays after the work was done were so clear. She explained everything she was doing - before, during and after, and clearly communicated her findings. Most thorough endodontist treatment I’ve ever had, and this was far from my first rodeo! And kind too…may not be important to you, but it’s always important to me.

My dentist send me to see Dr Chiao for problems in two molars. Frist, I was able to book my appointment for the next day!over the phone I was answered all my questions and concerns. Dr Chiao was so gentle, honest, and professional.she checked me and told me that what was causing my discomfort was gum resection and I didn’t needed a root canal Thank you Dr Chiao! I really recommend her.

As someone with a lifelong fear of even the most simple dental work, I was absolutely dreading my first root canal. Dr. Chiao turned what I assumed would be a nightmare into a surprisingly positive experience. Even before the decision was made, Dr. Chiao did everything she could to be sure that a root canal was actually necessary in my case. Feeling very grateful to have been referred to Liberty Endodontics. Dr. Chiao explains procedures in depth, and makes decisions with consideration of the patient's over-all well-being, and only doing what is absolutely necessary in regards to the health and maintenance of one's teeth. Her assistant Susie is also very knowledgeable and competent. She provides quick support to Dr. Chiao in the procedures, and has answered any more questions I've had in person and over the phone.
