I was seen this evening at Liberty Hospital ER. The only decent human I interacted with was the triage nurse, he was a gem - kind, personable and understanding. Dr. Alton, on the other hand, was rushed, cut me off mid-sentence more than once. Didn’t ask secondary questions or do a true assessment, and didn’t even allow me to finish describing my symptoms before flying out of the room saying we’d wait for test results from swabs.
