REVIEW Liberty Electric HVAC Called John 1 week ago, we had some remodeling of our lights in kitchen and dining room. John came to inspect, got us an estimate for work 7 days later. He and his son Mike were here on time, were very clean and quite thorough. Left wife and I smiling with glee 3 1/2 hours later. It looks fantastic, we’re having them right back for basement lighting remodeling. Have been a customer for several years. On 2/17.23 I received a quote for adding an electric receptacle on by back porch. I was quoted $665.63. The quote stated "Install outdoor added wall plug in covered patio room for TV using conduit inside garage to exit to patio room and install plug in siding." I gave them a $330.0 deposit and scheduled the work for 4/10. I was told by John (owner) to call the office and schedule him for 3 hours to do the job. I did that. As Mr ******** stated above, I did issue an written estimate for the requested work of adding an outside plug for his TV on a covered patio. As most companies do, we left time in this job just incase we ran into any unknown problems, (thus needing the SCHEDULER to leave 3 hours open, drive time and or problems) Mr ******** agreed to the estimate and charges and signed a contract for this work. First and foremost, honest. We first called Liberty out to our home (along with 2 other companies) to give us an estimate on what we thought we needed. A whole house rewire. John, the owner inspected our house and let us know that we did not need a whole house and told us exactly what we did need and why not the thousands and thousands the other guys were telling us we needed.
