Great family owned business. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and responsive.
I don’t normally do this but….My secondary insurance called the company twice to set up an appointment for a repair finally I got a day and time but After taking 4 hours off to wait on them to arrive no one showed up again! After calling my insurance company about the no call no show they called liberty electric again to see why no one showed up and the reply was that no one actually put me on their appointment book.
