I called ahead to confirm they accept emergency walk-ins and was told I could come in. However, when I arrived, no one answered the door despite ringing the bell multiple times. I called again, and they assured me they would call back in a minute—but no one ever did. This was extremely frustrating, especially in an emergency.
I hadn’t been to the dentist for a couple of years after a really bad experience elsewhere scared me off and so I was super anxious going to Liberty. The team were so warm and explained everything, didn’t rush me and helped with anxiety tips! No longer scared of the dentist thanks to Liberty! Will be back in 6 months. Thank you
