I was here previously and the care and treatment were really good. I was sent to unc Johnston for 3 weeks due to an intestinal issue and upon my return I was placed in a semi private room which I found out was due to my insurance, I’m ok with that but what I’m not okay with is the difference in treatment and management ignoring my concerns medical and personal treatment. This nursing facility is top-of-the-line my mother Rosa been there. The nurse and the staff and Everybody is very professional. I feel very comfortable knowing that my mother‘s there in great hands. When it comes to cleanness, its 100% facility is clean. Bathrooms are clean. Don’t have to worry about my mother. My loved one recently came home after a extended stay in rehab at Liberty, and I honestly don’t know what we would have done without the help of Jackie Social Director, Kristy admissions, Jessica admissions, and the incredible CNAs and nurses on the rehab halls. They cared for my family member with so much kindness, patience, and consistency, and they often helped with things that weren’t even their responsibility. I had a wonderful experience, while being at Liberty Commons. If needed to ever come back I would. Will recommend it to everyone. No complaints at all, everyone was really good to me.I was here 7 weeks.
