If you have diabetes or chronic health issues this is not the place for you or a loved one. My father almost died due to them administering too much insulin and feeding him the incorrect food. This all happened after my family told them and listed all his issues before hand. Completely disappointed with the care he received. Will be reaching out to report this facility.
Great place I'm here for 6 weeks, I didn't think I would like it. BUT I LOVE IT. They have a Great Staff here. Give you all of their all. Wonderful place. I went to Dunn to Carrollton it was SO BAD I left in 4 days and came here. AWSOME Place, nothing like anywhere else. You have Good and Bad everywhere you go. Just take it as you go. But this place is a successful story. I can't say anything bad about it. Thank You
My mother has been receiving care at Liberty Commons since June of 2024. I must say that the staff that I have encountered has always greeted me and my family with care and respect and I mean each and every staff member. Social Worker Darryl and Nurse Chastity established a Care Plan that is catered to my mothers needs to help her maintain her dignity and self esteem.
Worst place to work for the DON needs to be FIRED! I’ve called corporate multiple times to report her and nothing has been done about the way I was treated working here I was harassed and didn’t at all feel comfortable working here I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody
