I don’t trust a word this facility says, had my mom all set up at this place took the tour and took all the paperwork up there, everything was good then at the last minute sends a email at 5pm the day before my mom was to go there says the bed was no longer available. Like what is this and then gonna have an attitude about it. I’m just at a loss of words at these people. If things was gonna be like this they should have said all that in the beginning not wait till the night before.

From the moment we walked into Liberty Commons of Johnston County, we felt welcomed. The facility is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and has such a warm, positive atmosphere. You can truly feel the compassion and teamwork throughout the building. If I could I would give them 10 stars!!!!!! My mother is a residence there under the care of Hospice. She is taken well care of. Everyone is so nice and involved.

My dad stayed here for rehab this was tbe cleanest place ive ever been to no urine smell all friendly caring kristy and kim were awesome!!kristy elliott kept it spotless like no other and kim joked around treated him like family
