Families can be assured that Angie Angel 😇 ❤️ cares about her patients improving their lives! I know for a fact since I know she saved a family member's life! Over the years, I had family members and friends under Nurse Angie Angel's care! Thank-you for your Dedication, Patience, Love, and Respect for all of your patients 🙌 ❤️ 👏!
BEWARE!!! This nursing home has been reported to NC Health Services for an insanely expensive and disturbing matter, and is currently under investigation! Do not visit here and do not put your loved ones in this facility!!

Liberty Commons has been phenomenal with my husband, I don't know how they did it but his Will to live and be independent again was all inspired by this awesome facility. Special thanks to Melanie Black, Donna Hall & Taylor Stanley for going above and beyond. Thank you for a job well done!
So far so good, she’s only been there a week and half , so I pray they help her to be at least self sufficient.
