My Experience for the past two weeks has been very much enlighten with my three constants, my meals. Physical therapy and Occupational therapy Has Really taken its well intended toll, but I can Always look forward to my wonderful hearty breakfast, Lunch and Diner. I'm a Type 2 Diabetic and the Snacks And Meals have a Very Positive Effect on my Pallet. I Can Even Make Requests and Upon There Availability I Can Receive Them. UPDATE 12/18/2025: Liberty Commons charges by the day but bills monthly. My sister died November 19 after they received payment for the full month of November 15. I have called at least 3 times with a request for a call back to initiate a refund for the unused days. They have never had the courtesy to return my calls. It's troubling at the rapid turnover of staff. In the 18 months my sister was there, there have been at least 2 staff turnovers in the manager, business operations, and intake coordinator. The nursing assistants was really professional and nice. I love my therapist and a special thanks to Angela the CNA that made me feel worthy of meeting all my goals to get back home safely! Also I appreciate the social worker Melanie because she was good to talk to and ensuring I got my hemi walker. If you thinking about rehab this is the place to come. Angela deserves her liberty star pin.

I would like to thank everyone who had a part in helping my mother Claudette while in the rehab facility. The staff were very cheerful and helpful. Also the facility was very clean throughout.

Angrela Washington is the best nursing assistant you havr . She exceeds the normal duties to help the residebts. So kind and nice to every one. Very efficent in nursing skills. She is a great teacher for new employes. Makes sure they cate for residents with skills and kindness. She also goes out of her way to meet emotional needs If you need to cry on someone’s shoulder - she is there with words of encouragement. I am so thankful for the care I received from her. A plus in every way. S
