My three weeks at Liberty Commons was recommend. The staff was very professional in the service and treatment that I received from them. The Physical Rehabilitation went above my expectations in being properly equipped with service and treatment from a well trained professional staff. The facility was cleaned, spotless and well maintained. I would highly recommend Liberty Commons Nursing & Rehabilitation Center to any family that has a love one that is in need of short-term or long-term professional care.

This is my second time returning here for rehab.i had good help with nurses and aides .The food is not that great it sucks.Rehab is great and has really been helping out a lot George’s is always in early rising getting me up and at it.Even when I don’t feel like they encourage me a lot. I had a great experience with Jalisha CNA and Angela she has always been there for me and helped me out over all my experience is great ready to go home but it is a home away from home
