My mom came here from the hospital last month in August and was here for 2 weeks. Admin staff was very nice. But the care was not good at all. When leaving one of the residents fell outside off of one of their chairs. I had to run to get some one to call 911. My mom went from walking to a wheel chair and fell down here after 2 days of being here. I told them she was a fall risk to begin with. Stayed here after breaking my foot/ankle. The care was pretty good but a few of the nurse's need some attitude and motivation training. Other than that I had a good stay. Thank you.

My mother stayed there for about 5 weeks recovering from a hospital stay and it really helped her out. Food was good and the room was very nice. Staff is super nice, well educated in the field and did a great job having to deal with my mother and her issues. Physical therapy worked with her while she was there and when she wanted to be helped it was a valuable part of her stay. Highly recommended.

We have had great care for my sister at Liberty Commons. The nurses, the wound care nurse and the would care doctor have been great trying to keep her wounds cleaned and trying to keep them from infections. They change the bandages every day. She had been in so much pain and they are giving her as much as they can for the pain. They meet with me and let me know what is going on her if anything new comes up.
