Liberty refused to fix a repair of theirs, and our insurance company ended up having them cover the repairs we ended up needing from a separate bodyshop bc they refused to fix their error. They also used recycle headlights even though they charged us for new ones. Do not trust this place, they may be on the verge of losing their insurance contacts. Awesome repair job
There’s a reason the dealerships nearby take their vehicles to Liberty for body work.
I have never left a review in my life but this experience was absolutely horrible. I got in a wreck on June 7th and called this place and they said they could schedule for about two weeks out. I took my car in on June 28th and they said they would need it for about two weeks but it might be done SOONER than that. I hadn't heard anything after two weeks and called back to see if I could come pick up my car on July 12th. They said it wouldn't be ready until the 14th now.
