I went here on recommendation from somewhere else that didn't do larger body repairs (bumpers). I drove my car by at the scheduled appointment, I was told originally that they would have an estimate for the insurance company that day. When I went in, I was asked to sign papers, they did not give me copies of what I signed. I was asked if I wanted to wait for the estimate and that it would take about 10 minutes, or they could send it via email before I got home. They were great to deal with at first .. They fixed one area and I have a piece of trim I keep having to adjust.. On top of that I received no update for weeks on a part they were waiting on .. I called Robin and she said she spoke to the parts department and it would arrive in 8 business days .. It has been almost 3 weeks and still no call back. I would not recommend them .
After getting the estimate they would not respond to my emails for how to proceed so I had to walk in again. Then they flat out said they would not help me even though I could pay the estimate
