I was recently in an accident and chose this shop to do my repairs and they did a fantastic job. My estimator was great, she communicated effectively and the shop got the job done. The receptionist is very nice and helped me get a hold of my rental company so they could pick me up when I dropped my vehicle off. Unfortunately, some parts were on backorder to no fault of the shop, but they were on it and rescheduled me the next week. Getting a quote to get a simple dent fixed requires an appointment, which is a week out. I’m physically in your building now, not coming back next week for a quote and then who knows when to get the work done. Lost a customer.

Taking a chance on this company is like gambling with the devil. One of the main things that struck a nerve was how terrible their communication skills were for a company. As a customer, I felt it was unprofessional that I had to contact them every single time just to get the most minor update. I would go weeks without any update unless I was the one calling.
