Horrible service. Do not use these people. Extremely poor quality. These guys install damaged parts, take forever to complete, damage parts of the car not related to the original repair, and act stupid when you bring it to their attention. They ask for repeated opportunities to fix the issues they've either failed to repair correctly, or created by their negligent acts. If I could give these guys negative stars I would. Excellent service, went above and beyond fixing my van. There was a sizable paint mark on the front of my van he removed it for me. Thank you, would definitely recommend.
I've had two occasions to visit this location and on each, I have come away 100% pleased. Have you ever met someone who loves what he does for a living? He doesn't even have to tell you because you can sense it by his actions and his enthusiasm on the job. Keaton, the manager here, has such passion and he's the guy you want overseeing your car's repairs. Don't hesitate to bring your car to him.
Amazing customer service! Twice now, 2 years a part , I’ve been able to rely on the trustworthy services of Liberty Collision Center of Beechmont.
