I've had two occasions to visit this location and on each, I have come away 100% pleased. Have you ever met someone who loves what he does for a living? He doesn't even have to tell you because you can sense it by his actions and his enthusiasm on the job. Keaton, the manager here, has such passion and he's the guy you want overseeing your car's repairs. Don't hesitate to bring your car to him.

Amazing customer service! Twice now, 2 years a part , I’ve been able to rely on the trustworthy services of Liberty Collision Center of Beechmont. Even being 30 mins away from my home it wasn’t only worth it but a blessing to find this place for my major repairs! Keaton is so great at his job and truly goes above and beyond. I went here to get estimate of repair for rear bumper of my 2020 Subaru Forester. When the man looked at the damage, he said he might be able to repair it right there! So he went inside the shop and returned with a tool which he then used to bend some sort of hook that was preventing my bumper from going back in place! I was highly impressed with his customer service, efficiency and skill! The bumper looks like new and I did not need to schedule an appointment for repairs! He charged me nothing!!!! Great place that does great work and has great employees they were nice friendly and respectful and thanks you too the Young man Kevin who was a great help and really helped us through a otherwise unpleasant process he made it simple and easy to understand. Thank you agian.
