I called Liberty parts for a new end to my shore cable. Needed one ASAP, so I called Liberty Coach to get the right part for my Liberty. You always call the manufacturer when you’re in a jam. WRONG! $185.77 for the wrong part. They sent out a 90 degree 50a plug, that in no way will retract into the bus. Further insult was when I started looking for a replacement on Amazon and saw that the part they sent me cost 19 bucks. I had over 80k in service work done here at least I thought I did when I went to sell the coach it was inspected and found more than 30% was billed and not done I paid 4k for AC service and the filters were plugged not to mention oils charged for and not done and the list goes on I got royally screwed here its actually criminal what they did BEWARE check EVERYTHING they do
