After I moved out! with no contact about any debt or unpaid dues. over get this.... 64 DOLLARS!!! and it was 3 months after I moved out! After I asked they said that I was good to go. This apartment complex is by far the worst place I’ve ever lived. The A/C constantly leaks and management never fixes it properly, which has caused water damage and ongoing mold concerns. The staff is unprofessional, rude, and completely unhelpful any time you need assistance. The pool was closed the entire summer with zero explanation, so don’t expect to actually use the amenities they advertise. Run far away don’t even look no more. This place is horrible. I tried to give it. It’s benefit of the doubt, but I don’t even know where to start. If I can give it -5 stars I would, but you had to give at least one the people in the office Are unreliable. The place is ran down. My place was never even retouched on the pain. The units are nice, however, they will do everything in there power to get ever single dollar out of you. If you are military, DO NOT LIVE HERE. The 14 months i was there, the pool was open for 3 weeks. As nice as the units are they are extremely over priced and the make sure they take ALL of your BAH and some. You're lucky if the valet trash you pay for comes atleast 3x a week. The neighbors are awful and the walls are extremely thin, you will hear EVERYTHING.
