I’m an active-duty Army soldier, and I strongly advise other service members to avoid moving here. The apartments are full of bugs and mold, and maintenance barely responds even after multiple requests. The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude — they act like you’re bothering them anytime you ask for help. The living conditions are terrible, especially for the price they charge. After I moved out! with no contact about any debt or unpaid dues. over get this.... 64 DOLLARS!!! and it was 3 months after I moved out! After I asked they said that I was good to go. This apartment complex is by far the worst place I’ve ever lived. The A/C constantly leaks and management never fixes it properly, which has caused water damage and ongoing mold concerns. The staff is unprofessional, rude, and completely unhelpful any time you need assistance. The pool was closed the entire summer with zero explanation, so don’t expect to actually use the amenities they advertise. Run far away don’t even look no more. This place is horrible. I tried to give it. It’s benefit of the doubt, but I don’t even know where to start. If I can give it -5 stars I would, but you had to give at least one the people in the office Are unreliable. The place is ran down. My place was never even retouched on the pain.
