There are many competent reverse mortgage brokers out there .....Liberty is NOT one of them. Very high fees and an amazing lack of understanding of HUD requirements added to unreturned phone calls, emails that when answered, don’t actually answer the question asked. For me, a process that should never have started took 4 months and $540 to find out my property was not qualified! A bad experience!

Beware if you attend classes here. Everyone that works here is a former hard drug abuser and not in a position to counsel anyone. Half of each class is spent goofing off and small talk. Each counselor has their own set of rules and sandy has no problem at all revoking you because of the differences in policies according to each counselor.

The liberty Center is not a homeless shelter. At a homeless you don't pay rent and you don't sign a lease and you don't get a key. The city rescue is a homeless shelter the salzbacher center is a homeless shelter. Some people are just ignorant and don't ever know what they be talking about. The liberty Center is a hud subsidised program for men and women
This is a great place where the store attendant really makes the place!!!!!
