WORST COMPANY EVER! In my opinion, ruined this community. It's a real shame. This is what the residents have to see everyday and for months when they come home. Disgrace.
Buyer beware! This was our experience with Fernmoor Homes. We signed our purchase agreement on April 12, 2022 and made our design selections on May 20, 2022. We were excitedly awaiting to break ground and were under the impression that it would happen within a few weeks. We became concerned when we heard nothing from Fernmoor and as a result, began texting and making calls in June.
