In the middle of a renovation we had to remove heavy items from our bedroom to our living room Contacted Liberty Bell because they were open late and promised a fast response. And also we used to live in Philly so the name rang a bell:) The two men were sent and did not need a big truck so they came in a normal vehicle. Liberty Bell Moving have been fantastic during my recent move. Although the move was local (within 40 miles), the movers were respectful and conscientious of my furniture and packed goods. I found the crew to be very knowledgeable with how they packed the truck; all items were wrapped to protect and boxes were not just thrown, but placed into the truck. Fast and easy booking! Reasonable rates and excellent communication. When the crew showed up they went right to work and had the job done in no time at all. They were fun and made moving not seem like such a hassle! I would use them again. Even my friend said that he was going to book them when it came time for him to move!

I gave them a detailed list of items for moving because I was out of state the date of move. They missed the second item on the list - a bed! After ignoring repeated follow ups from me, they and refused to go back and get it. I highly recommend against hiring them to move unless you are there to supervise.
