I would give 0 stars if possible. I’m very disappointed in the movers themselves. It took them 3 hours plus to load the truck, and they weren’t able to fit everything. They spent at least a third of the time standing around or sitting and chatting. Then, a half hour unload and time for lunch turned into four and a half hours before the delivery of our items. When they arrived, they spent 15 min in the truck and appeared and smelled high. At 8:30 pm one of them was shouting over what I think was a football score. Overall thei... read more

From the minute I contacted Liberty Bell Moving & Storage, I had a great experience. We needed to unload 3 storage units in town and move the items to our home. I received a quote within minutes, which was straight forward and was able to book the date I needed. On moving day, the truck and 2 guys showed up and had us loaded in no time. We were moving into a new house with stuff stored at three different locations. Liberty Bell understood the situation and were able to give us a very reasonable quote and schedule us when we needed them. The three guys who did the actual move were great! They were willing to do anything we asked and move stuff around as they brought more and more into the house. They were courteous and very personable. We had two movers and a 26 ft truck. They arrived on time and made a plan for wrapping furniture before getting started. The move itself was quick and efficient. They moved some large furniture pieces carefully without putting a single scratch on my walls or doors. At the new house, they laid out cloth runners near the front door and stairs to protect the floor, and taped padding to the front door frame to prevent damage. I used Liberty Bell twice in two weeks. The first move took 10 hours and the second around was around 4 hours. It was a local move. In both cases, the movers were extremely competent - they were organized, communicative and pleasant to work with. They loaded everything very carefully and all items arrived in one piece with nothing broken.
