Ive been in a handful of times since the 1 bad experience i had there with a gentleman that simply didnt understand what I was asking for and insisting I buy something I didnt need. Today the ladies in the store were AMAZING and super helpful. I had a great time and I'm honestly looking forward to going back
I'm the owner, I will take care of you all you have to do is ask and I will do the best I can to make you happy, I'm sorry you feel that way Barbie, if I recommend something cheaper that works the same way. After being around this business for over 35 years and I'm just trying to save you money and I'm sorry your upset.
If I ask for a simple tool I want it. If I show you what I need to do my job and what I want to use to do my job don't tell me what's cheaper or what "works better." Give me the tool I asked for or say you don't have it. Rude and smelled like straight liquor.
