So, apparently, I came to Liberty Beauty Supply on 12/29/2025 here in Hinesville. I've got here around 12 pm and the door was lock. No one was there. A lot people came up the door and had to walk away due to the door being lock. I had to take my money somewhere else.

I only love coming when the owners work. The lady at the front is always on the phone and has a bad attitude. Like get off the phone and assist me with what I’m asking. You came to work not talk on the phone. I probably won’t be coming here anymore. I’ll just go across the street and pay the higher prices.

Ive been in a handful of times since the 1 bad experience i had there with a gentleman that simply didnt understand what I was asking for and insisting I buy something I didnt need. Today the ladies in the store were AMAZING and super helpful. I had a great time and I'm honestly looking forward to going back
