I went to a credit union to get away from a traditional bank. But you guys suck. I was much happier before the merger. Fees for fees and perpetuation of debt. Your customer service sucks, I've tried to work with you and the only answer I get is "it what it is, I just work here". Go fuck yourselves.

We have a problem...the new cards which clearly state "activate immediately" aren't good until Feb 5, a week later?? Why would you do that? You get a new card, you destroy the old one, correct? Well, I didnt/couldn't pay for brunch this morning. Not a good rollout of the big updated cards.

Did anyone else take a hit on their credit a few years ago when LBCU sold their credit card account to an outside company? I had auto withdrawal for years and they didn't carry it over and refused to do anything about it. I know there are others who had this happen to them as well. Curious if anyone succeeded in getting it reversed. I disputed and they never bothered to read judging by the language of the reply from the new credit card company. I miss TWCU.

I work for a real estate law firm here in MA and have worked with Steve Hile over the past 14 years on residential loan closings. I can say beyond a doubt he is one of the best in the business. Steve provides his borrower’s clear understanding of the process throughout, which can be calming for first time homebuyers or borrowers just not familiar with the loan process. I would confidently recommend him to anyone looking to finance a new home or refinance their existing home.

I've always enjoyed my interactions with Jeanne Kelley. Jeanne greats me by my name and always puts a smile on my face. Personalized service makes good home town banking.

I've been banking with Liberty Bay for 25 years, back when it was TWCU. Always great service. Highly recommended!
