EDIT: A year has gone by and man, their service is terrible. The only time Kenny contacted us after the initial consultation and sale was a few months after install asking for referrals. Now on to their service department. We've had to contact them twice since install. The first issue was cracking in the floor around multiple areas where the drain was installed. After calling several times and what felt like pulling teeth, they finally came out to fix the issue. The second issue was after a storm -- our basement was soaked! ... read more

I want to take a moment to write this review in regards to the system design specialist that I had at my house yesterday, from the start to finish everything was completely professional and well handled, the nice gentleman Michael Kaplan. was the first person out of 3 other companies to actually suit up, and get down under the crawlspace, he took very good clear pictures, wrote up a very great estimate on site. and sat down with me at the end and explained everything to me.
