Had a great experience. Had a basement wall pushing in from the soil. I’ve been putting off fixing it because of the expense and exterior mess I was going to have. Liberty basements came in and put bracing in to secure the wall. No exterior mess! Lifetime warranty! There were quick and communicated well.
Installer Mike explained the the pump worked. Cleaned up and answered any questions we had.
The team which did the actual work was professional and we are pleased with the sump pump they installed. However, the sales team was not as good --they forgot to include the electric outlet for the pump, did not make a proper plan for the pipe that had to go through the garage. But the service manager, Steve Whitman made the necessary arrangements to rectify the situation and the electrician Ryan Brandt who came to install the electric outlet the following week was extremely efficient and courteous. Responded quickly and assessed my problem. Put a plan together and got to work right away to install drainage and dehumidifier system.
