I recently had my basement "fixed" by Liberty Basement and am so pleased by their work and end result. The crew: Rocky, Dennis, Tom and Ryan were fabulous. I was put in contact with Joe Drumm and he was great to work with and took care to make sure the job would be a success. Highly recommend.
I had the most wonderful experience with my basement service from Liberty. I called and quickly had Chris here to take a look at the issues we’ve been having and received a quote almost instantly. He answered all my questions both here and after he had left, anytime I had them. They are high pressure salesman, nothing more. They wanted to charge $7000 for a $1400 job. They are crooks! If you want to keep your money, don’t call Liberty Basement Solutions!
Having water in your basement is incredibly stressful, but Ken came out today and truly changed how we felt about the whole situation. He listened to our concerns, was honest, and explained everything clearly, which made the process feel a lot less overwhelming. Knowing the company has a solid, established reputation gave us even more confidence in moving forward. We’re really grateful for the peace of mind Ken brought us today.
