Ken B, sales/inspector; Cory B., Shane B.; and crew were great and provided top notch customer service! I have already recommended Liberty Basement to several others. Great product and systems too.
They are high pressure salesman, nothing more. They wanted to charge $7000 for a $1400 job. They are crooks! If you want to keep your money, don’t call Liberty Basement Solutions!
Having water in your basement is incredibly stressful, but Ken came out today and truly changed how we felt about the whole situation. He listened to our concerns, was honest, and explained everything clearly, which made the process feel a lot less overwhelming.
