I closed my liberty bank account. First someone hacked my card and used it in New Jersey.$340. So I told them and they said they were going to investigate. 3 months later they still didn't refund my money. They kept saying we are still investigating. Waited another 3 months and gave up. Also tried to cash a $5000 check and they said they didn't have that much in stock. Are you kidding . What if 5 people came in trying to.cash there checks. The last 2 can't. So I then closed my account.
Always good service and friendly people
Not an easy location to get to. No drive-thru. And no ATM.
All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I recently switched from TD, and the difference is night and day.
