This bank is now called Central Bank and has had that name since at least 2016. Staff is curious, but lobby closed due to COVID-19 requiring you to walk through the drive through. Convenient location for public transportation, Dart has the 60 running by it roughly every 20 minutes and the 3 running by every 30 minutes with this location being just about the mid point for both routes making it extremely easy and quick to get in and out.
I stopped here 2 yrs ago, seemed friendly, said reimbursed ATM fees. Just easy going. I hope they haven't changed. Looks like all the other banks have serious customer service issues. This bank will STEAL your money, BEWARE!!! I am an out of state college student whose family has been banking with Liberty Bank for years. I moved from Iowa about a year ago (yes, I changed my address with them and all that good stuff) and have been receiving grocery money from my parents every now and then. When my account became overdrawn Liberty bank CLOSED my account after they "tried" to send out letters to the address that their system never updated.
