great service and friendly staff I disagree completely with the 1st reviewer. This bank is full of friendly and personable staff. They do whatever is necessary to facilitate your transactions and meet your needs. They call you at home to clarify issues and have recently set up online banking to make everything a snap. I NEVER encounter long lines when I am there. Not the greatest neighborhood bank Long lines and problems with every transaction awaits you at this bank. The staff is friendly, but a couple of days later you have a notice in the mail telling you of a problem with the the transaction from a couple of days ago. (and each time it was THEIR error) Too bad...I think they're just unorganized.
