I was on my way back home for Thanksgiving with 6 hrs left of my trip when my battery light came on. Liberty Automotive was the closest auto shop to me off the highway. Even though they were technically closed and trying to get home for the Holiday, they took pity on my poor ole traveling soul and checked my engine, battery, etc., solved the issue and sent me on my way. First car was awesome. Took them second car. Went to pick it up & it had a flat tire. They didn’t fix it. Had to call aaa. Then, the engine went out. First experience was so good I gave them benefit of the doubt as mishap & took them third car. $2200 parts were ruined in less than 10k miles of use. Left 3 voicemails no response. Caused severe accident.
I’ve been using liberty and John for 12-14 years. John is no question the best mechanic I’ve ever met. He not only repairs your car but he essentially manages the vehicles maintenance with cost and need. Very thorough; very efficient and extremely honest. He has worked on 6-7 of my vehicles. All drove multi 100’s miles. Highly recommend
