...DONT BUY....Well beyond the illegal paper work and scams they pull... you'll have to see for yourself
Had a reservation for a cargo van rental, even got a confirmation email two days before pickup date. Drove 2 hrs to pick it up, arrived well within business hours and for pickup time and no one was there with a closed sign up. No one answered any of the numbers we called. walked around the lot, and not a cargo van in sight. If Liberty could not honor the rental they should've cancelled the reservation, and not completely wasted our time leaving us scrambling to find an alternative. Do not rent from here.
***Updated 03/06/2024-Please read my next HORRIBLE experience with Liberty*** To present time: 03/06/2024: Our water pump went and for people that do not know it is in the middle of the engine of a 2017 Ford Explorer. That useless warranty that Liberty sold us with the lies they tell you that the bank requires it was just that useless and the bank does not require it as we checked.
