At first our experience was very good. The customer service and ease was great. There was no pressure at all to purchase. The issues came after we took the car into the dealership and found that almost $6000 would be needed to ensure the car was safe to drive. All the fluids had to be changed, the whole suspension had to be replaced along with the brakes. After spending over half of our Saturday morning at Victory Motors of Colorado, we were quickly and rudely shown the door as they told us "The finance company will not finance you because your phone bill has a $7.00 late fee on it. I put 4000 down on a truck it broke down three weeks later then they put me in new car didn’t even pass emission test this place just likes to rob peoples money and sales people don’t even no how to do there job so if I was you I wouldn’t ever come here!!!!! DONT COME HERE
Had a fantastic experience all around buying a used car here! Benny was super helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions and the whole team was really friendly and reliable. If you’re looking to avoid the sleazy car salesman cliche, come here - they were straightforward, gave us all the time we needed to test drive/ask questions/check out the car, and made the whole process feel easy without any pressure. Can’t recommend these guys enough!
