The paramedic that came out to transport my wife to a hospital was rude, and condescending, he would ask a question then talk over her, not only did they rag doll my wife in the gurney, she has a bad hip and can barely walk, they wanted her to walk to the ambulance which was more than 200ft from where she was, and she also has cancer, my wife requested to be transported to Bakersfield because her Dr's told her to, they acted like they were upset that they had to, I'll be making a formal complaint, it's unacceptable!

I regret to report a very negative experience with the Wofford Heights paramedics. After calling 911, I encountered individuals who were noticeably rude and unprofessional. It was disheartening to receive this kind of treatment from individuals employed to assist and potentially save lives.

This is not a well run organization and I am sad to see it. More people should know that the Ridgecrest who bought Liberty still has a service that is disorganized, unprofessional, and run like a group of college friends, not medical professionals. It is really unfortunate when an area can not have proper medical treatment outside the hospital.
