my AC went out in July of 2024. My home warranty sent this company out to access the problem a new system was needed. I tried numerous times to reach them through text messages, voice messages and email. No answers. I had to call my Home warranty to help me reach out to them. There's no such thing as half-way crooks.
I live in Round Rock, my Mom is in her 70's and Randy has been taking care of her for years now, he is honest and has integrity. She just got a new AC and Furnace system installed, he was very fair with pricing and did a great job. I know my Mom is happy so I'd recommend Randy for sure.
We've referred several jobs to Randy over the years, he's always on time and professional, seems like some people give him a hard time on here from the home warranty work which its the warranty company not him. I can speak from my personal experiences with him and those that the people I've referred him too which all have spoken highly of him.
