my AC went out in July of 2024. My home warranty sent this company out to access the problem a new system was needed. I tried numerous times to reach them through text messages, voice messages and email. No answers. I had to call my Home warranty to help me reach out to them. I live in Round Rock, my Mom is in her 70's and Randy has been taking care of her for years now, he is honest and has integrity. She just got a new AC and Furnace system installed, he was very fair with pricing and did a great job. I know my Mom is happy so I'd recommend Randy for sure.
