Can I give zero stars? This company is now Firstitle. Our experience was absolutely horrible. Every step of the way we had to beg for communication and action. Nothing was done in a timely manner. While in the office waiting for our closing appt of 10am they made us wait two hours and there wasn't another customer in sight. Our closer, Amy, was very unhelpful and pushed everything to the last minute almost costing us a expensive delay in closing. Poor customer service, will not answer phone and are very disorganized. Very slow service.
This company is unethical and incompetent. Apparently their “buy out” is providing no better service. They refused to provide us access to the abstract of a home we were buying despite a contract that said we would have access. They refused to provide a full title review. Every phone call there was met by unfriendly and unhelpful employees. The rudeness (when we were being completely friendly) we experienced was shocking to say the least.
