I was unhappy with the magic straight perm i got on 6/22/2025. I wanted to post a review right and then but decided to wait until i got the same perm done at another salon. I could not get the perm right away from another salon because it would damage the hair due to all the chemicals used to get the perm done. Needed to wait a little more than a month. This is the first review I have ever posted in my life. This is how upset I am with this lady. I will report this to business bureau for assuming and accusing for someone who I am not. This is ridiculous. If you possess any work ethics, you should really think about what you did wrong. It wasn’t several times. It was only once. This is your pattern. I’ve been coming here for years, and every time I get my hair colored and straightened, I’m amazed at how healthy my hair still feels afterward. In the past, coloring would damage my hair so much that I couldn’t even think about straightening it, but here they always check the condition of my hair with such care and detail. Thanks to their expertise, my hair looks and feels great every time!

Eugene, my review is based on your bad and poor quality service and a result. Please admit because i decided to write this review after being patient with your multiples of mistakes and a poor result. Everyone!! Please listen to me and do not go here for your hair. She doesn't know what she's doing, she lies, very unprofessional, and over charges. Worst hair place in town!!!!

This was one of the best haircut experiences I've ever had! Eugene was very kind and patient in listening to my needs and she elevated my cut to something even better than what I planned to get. What I really appreciated was how she took the time to teach me how to style at home. It's extremely evident how skillful she is with her styling and cutting. The expertise speaks for itself! Will definitely be coming back and will be excited to try a perm next time. Thank you so much Eugene!!
