I have had needed catheter supplies for about 8 or 9 years. This company was always delivering quickly, they called me to check if I was doing okay. They reminded me of reorder time. I had no issues and they were easy to work with.

They do not even deserve one star —- it has been the worst experience ever for me - I wish I had known it was liberator medical and not pure wick itself - I do not know how they are still in business -I ordered the pure wick for my husband on May 31 still not here - have been on hold all day for 5 days and no one has an answer - I finally stopped paying on my payment PLEASE please - tell everyone to be sure they do not order from this company - the sad thing is it’s a medical purchase - a definite need - and they don’t care ... read more

I'm a physician in Oregon and was repeatedly asked to "addend" and update chart notes on a patient to obtain his catheters. When we would do as asked, they would send it back and ask us to do "another addendum". We would comply, repeat, and they would stall again. This has been going on for over a week now and the company has failed to come through for my patient. I feel my employees and I have been harassed and my patient has not obtained his critical medical supplies. PLEASE do not use this company.

Terrible service. When they said they would call me back after receiving my script from the doctor they do not. Left 2 messages and liberator ended the message thread stating it was assigned to someone who will contact me. No call. i do not think liberator understands that these supplies are critical to the wellbeing of their customers. If the. customer does not have new supplies and cannot change they are open for infections. i would not recommend Liberator to anyone.

I could write a book about how BAD Liberator compared to the rest of medical supplies companies. For now, just bullet points: Do not ask for a "call back", as they NEVER will. They take the order, but there is something wrong with the order, they do not call and let you know the order has NOT shipped. ZERO communication, you MUCT be all over them with followup calls. no ONLINE ordering, must be a phone call. This happened so repetitively, it's exhausting. If they only had competitors to go to!
