Liberator Medical is VERY difficult to deal with. They make false advertisements and don't provide all the necessary details upfront when making purchases. For example, they inform you to go online for reorders of the Purewick female catheters (it's a waste of time because it doesn't work unless you are ordering a complete Purewick system). Your commercial states "that packages are delivered to your door in a discreet manner".But apparently this is not the case in some situations.Fed up in Bham.Al.Would you like your personal incontinence supplies to be delivered to another address? I know the answer.Treat your customers like you would treat your own family and loved ones.Sad.

This company has been a total nightmare for my wife and I. They never got my wife's supplies out on time. They never got the prescription right. And if we tried to talk to them, they turned into robots and kept repeating the same thing over and over. I would not wish them on my worst enemy. If I could give them less than one star, I would.
