To whom it may concern, I take care of an elderly, mentally disabled gentleman in my home full-time. Due to many special needs, he has to have a vacuum system as a condom catheter is impossible for his anatomy. I had called multiple DME’s. I looked through the Internet and also in my state. RUN from this company. Bought an item for my mother, who was on hospice. She passed before the item got to us, so I returned it. They told me it would be 60 days to get our money refunded… they’ve had the package for 3 months and still no refund. I’ve been told by three different “customer support specialists” they’d call me back as soon as they got it fixed. Not a single callback. This company is a NIGHTMARE and they will steal your money.
On hold for over 30 Minutes! when phone rings the call get hung up or there is no answer. Shipping order is not updated with tracking information. Updated notifications with issues not sent.
I have had needed catheter supplies for about 8 or 9 years. This company was always delivering quickly, they called me to check if I was doing okay. They reminded me of reorder time. I had no issues and they were easy to work with.
They do not even deserve one star —- it has been the worst experience ever for me - I wish I had known it was liberator medical and not pure wick itself - I do not know how they are still in business -I ordered the pure wick for my husband on May 31 still not here - have been on hold all day for 5 days and no one has an answer - I finally stopped paying on my payment PLEASE please - tell everyone to be sure they do not order from this company - the sad thing is it’s a medical purchase - a definite need - and they don’t care ... read more
