I haven't even used them yet and it's a problem I spoke to someone 2 weeks ago said she would send out a sample kit and call me back never did gave her my insurance information she wants to tell me there's numbers before letters no there's not she then said I'll check your insurance later no do that now I have no supplies I can tell it's gonna be a problem I'll be calling back tomorrow
In the past they have been very good at shipping out my wifes supplies but this time it has been a nightmare shipping my wifes supplies. Shipping promises not kept! I don't know what their problem is but please fix it!
I have been dealing with LIBERATOR FOR ABOUT 10 years and they have never missed the time to advise me time to reorder! They are the BEST! Even when I had to move unexpectedly they saw to it that I didn’t run out with express deliver!
Don't use this company. The low reviews from others already confirm this. The customer service representatives are pretty useless as they cannot help with any changes and you'll need to wait for a separate department (which you cannot speak to directly). I dealt with a supervisor named Ashley once and she could care less. She refused to acknowledge a complaint on my previous interactions - yes it's that bad that you can't even file a complaint. Save yourself the grief and go with another company.
If I could leave a 0 rating I would. Do not waste money!! Purchased product for almost $550. Has not ever worked correctly. Have been trying to get assistance for 7 months and am told something different each time. Try everything the company tells me to do. The company will not replace or refund.
