Terrible service. When they said they would call me back after receiving my script from the doctor they do not. Left 2 messages and liberator ended the message thread stating it was assigned to someone who will contact me. No call. i do not think liberator understands that these supplies are critical to the wellbeing of their customers. If the. customer does not have new supplies and cannot change they are open for infections. i would not recommend Liberator to anyone.
I could write a book about how BAD Liberator compared to the rest of medical supplies companies. For now, just bullet points: Do not ask for a "call back", as they NEVER will. They take the order, but there is something wrong with the order, they do not call and let you know the order has NOT shipped. ZERO communication, you MUCT be all over them with followup calls. no ONLINE ordering, must be a phone call. This happened so repetitively, it's exhausting. If they only had competitors to go to!
I have to give a HUGE shout out to Kimberly Kohler, a chat/voice call representative with this company. I called today and was unsure as to what system to order and was also having trouble as I was ordering for someone else but using my credit card, and the system was not fully cooperating. Kimberly was assisting me on the phone and after a few questions was confident in her assessment as to what system met our needs. This company doesn't prioritize the customer's needs, there's poor communication, and customer service is extremely poor. I'd give them a -0 if I could!.
Just tried to talk to a person in order to reorder my incontinence supplies and got redirected to their answering service, and they’re open! Do not work with them!
