Don't use this company. The low reviews from others already confirm this. The customer service representatives are pretty useless as they cannot help with any changes and you'll need to wait for a separate department (which you cannot speak to directly). I dealt with a supervisor named Ashley once and she could care less. She refused to acknowledge a complaint on my previous interactions - yes it's that bad that you can't even file a complaint. Save yourself the grief and go with another company.
If I could leave a 0 rating I would. Do not waste money!! Purchased product for almost $550. Has not ever worked correctly. Have been trying to get assistance for 7 months and am told something different each time. Try everything the company tells me to do. The company will not replace or refund.
RUN from this company. The customer service is absolutely unacceptable, you’ll spend hours on the phone with no resolution. They’ve repeatedly messed up a simple order, sending the wrong catheters multiple times. What should be a straightforward process has become a nightmare. Even worse, their mistakes have had serious health consequences, including multiple hospitalizations due to receiving the wrong type of catheter. First delivery was quick and on time. Then the next delivery has been late, with me running out of supplies and having to go to my doctors office to get more supplies. The delivery so far is 4 days late and still waiting. Searching for a new supplier. Update now 2 days from original post: still no product. Called customer service and they stated it was shipped out on 7-14, three days from when they said they first sent out over it's on 7-11.
