DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SUPPLY COMPANY. this company is incompetent. My Dr. Office faxed my prescription multiple times to a confirmed fax number and they claim it was never recieved. So the Dr. Office tried emailing the script to them and still not received. I have been trying to get my supply order for two weeks now and with multiple phone calls daily I have not gotten anywhere with liberator medical. I can't help to think that they are playing games to make me move on to another supplier and I will be doing that.
I have been attempting to obtain a fulfillment of my catheter order from this company. I have been told by my doctor's office that they have submitted the proper documentation to Liberator Medical Supply. I spoke with Andrea at least once when calling Liberator Medical and I don't think or feel she was, in any way, helpful. Based on my experiences I believe and feel that Liberator Medical is to blame for my prescription not being fulfilled. I think Liberator Medical Supply Inc is a terrible company and should be avoided.
Terrible customer service. Employees do not communicate. If you leave a message for an employee to call you back, they don't. Voice mails they leave for you are not detailed. They tell you call them back and you never get them on the line. They appologize all day with how bad their service is but they don't fix it. I am still getting emails to sign a contract for a product that I cancelled before it was even shipped out.
Ordered my medical supplies February 11 and im still waiting for 2 items that were not in my box my doctor has send it in twice and everytime I call im told they will call me back I've never received any calls and im fed up send me my stoma paste and adhesive remover wipes
My mom has been getting supplies for over 10 years, they sent out her osteomyelitis order pouch without wafers, l notify them expecting them to correct the next order, call them several times for them to make the corrections for the next order they never did. It was like pulling teeth to correct it, believe me they sent out the order without the wafers again, it took me about one and half hour to speak with a manager to correct it, she still did not telling me some bullish that she has to send it out another week after the p... read more
