Randy is the man ! He knows his liberator boats inside and out. Very helpful and knowledgeable especially when it comes to boat products and setup. I highly recommend him!

My father purchased 2 brand new Merc 300's for his boat, he was told he would get the $1200.00 refund for the metal shipping crates that were returned. Both he and I have attempted to contact Randy numerous times via email and phone and to date have received no call back nor the refund. We submitted all necessary docs supporting the return of said crates and nothing has refunded nor a courtesy call provided as to why. WE have also filed a complaint with BBB and are awaiting their/his response.
