Absolutely delicious! We hired Liberation Foods for my niece's sweet 16. Our guest raved about the proteins. Definitely the best chimichuri I've eaten. Staff were professional, hard working, and came with a plan. Upon arrival to the facility team immediately starts setting kitchen up and prepping. Dennis, Kim, and team catered our wedding celebration and did a truly outstanding job. Dennis was highly communicative, flexible, and focused on execution. I appreciated the way he listened to our vision for the event and served as a thought partner. Their team provided full-service catering for our event plus bartending. Liberation Foods did a wonderful job attending to a Celebration of Life. Dennis was very helpful and the staff was so great! The food and service was very good. I would defintely use them again.
food tastes alright and overall good based on guest feedback but I ordered foods for a 25 people party and there were only 15-20 pieces of salmon provided and and a few guests mentioned there were definitely not enough food. I asked the business operator and owner for explanation and partial refund and no reply has been received and message was ignored. Honestly a bit disappointed as they have 5 star review on google. I paid $950 for it and did not get enough food and any explanation on my concerns
