Me and my wife had Liberation foods host our wedding reception’s appetizers and dinner. We tried a few vendors initially, and Liberation was our favorite. They went above and beyond, were clearly very experienced, the service was excellent, and everyone said the food was fantastic. One of the things that made the difference in choosing them was that the dishes had clearly been perfected over time and the quality of the sauces was excellent. I highly recommend them!
Dennis was very responsive. And assigned team for event was also very responsive. Team brought in their own plates silverware, tools to the party home. Arrived early and took everything back out. Their storage equipment was clean and organized! Appetizers were a bit dry, but salads, Chicken, salmon, ribeye, dinner rolls, and mashed potatoes were wonderful!!!! Successful event so family could focus on celebrating, instead of cooking! Thanks Liberation Foods team!!!
Liberation Foods is absolutely fantastic. If I have another need for catering, I'll be hiring them again, and recommending them to everyone! Chef Dennis and his team were fantastic and incredibly professional while also being incredibly chill - a vibe I recommend for everyone in the wedding planning process. Thanks for helping us make it such a memorable event. The whole crew was such a delight . Very courteous and really worked with me to make it great . I highly recommend them. I will definitely use them again. The food was great also .
Liberation foods did amazing job catering my wedding back in October at Wolfe heights estate. I never had a call, text, or email that went unanswered. He was always so warm and kind with every interaction with me. They should be a preferred vendor for the venue and all wedding venues! His team was so professional, communicative, and accommodating.
