PATIENTS BEWARE! I went to the doctor's (664 KINGSLEY AVE STE#104 ORANGE PARK, FL 32073) on March 27th 2025 at 10:01 AM and they have yet to recertify my card even though I have a receipt and paid in full that day. They have yet to get back to me so I may have drive out there to speak with them in person since they've ignored my email and phone call.
Very knowledgeable personnel. Made me feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone. Look forward to returning in the future.
I've always been greeted with a smile here at Liberate....I'm so thankful for this place . My MMJ card expired and I went to them and they took me right in to see the Dr which was very attentive and caring . They always help you when needed. Thank you Liberate and Staff 😁🩷🌸
