My mother had to get hearing aids at the age of 88… not an easy adjustment for her. Yet, she was treated with nothing but kindness and compassion and especially patience throughout the entire procedure. The audiologist spent lots of time with her, showing her how to put on the hearing aids and clean them and charge them. She was the epitome of kindness, and I am so appreciative and thankful that we chose to come here for her hearing test and fitting! Thank you immensely…a grateful daughter.
