This was the worst rental experience I’ve had in Canada in the last three years. We are four international immigrants living in an apartment on Mitchell Drive, Truro Heights, and faced extremely unprofessional behaviour from both the owner and caretaker. They repeatedly entered the apartment without notice, including an unauthorized entry while we were inside, opening the door with their key without knocking. Worst experience. Very unprofessional. They held my deposit for no reason, even though I moved out exactly as they requested. There was no valid explanation given, and communication was poor throughout.
