Be careful of their billing practices, they didn’t bill insurance properly, then didn’t contact by phone or mail , when it was rejected from insurance (due to not billing timely and with mixed up personal details) They turned into a collection bureau and added on more money. The first contact I received was from a collection bureau, then researched thru my insurance as to why it wasn’t paid by insurance to find they had not billed it correctly. They came to my rescue on July 29th at the Rodeo in Libby. I got over heated and almost passed out. They got water down me plus poured water over me. Got me to Ambulance to check me out after about 40 min they gave me an ok to go. I really appreciate them. A BIG THANK YOU to all of them
