Dr. Joffe was my PCP for years and although I enjoyed having her as my doctor the changes in her office policies and staff have completely ruined the practice. Being charged a no show fee when I clearly cancelled my appointment is absurd. The concierge medicine switch was also a bad move and completely unaffordable. It’s a shame that a one time good practice is no longer that way.
Fabulous doctor that cares and is thorough
My husband and I were in need of a new primary care doctor and were debating going the concierge route. We had a meet and greet with Dr. Joffe and we’re so happy to find a doctor that is actually still a doctor. Now this was only a meet and greet but her philosophy and personality was so refreshing. She was smart and sweet and clearly remembers what it’s like to be a patient. We are looking forward to having this doctor as our primary.
Dr, Joffe is simply amazing! She is kind, considerate and when you are with her in the examining room she makes you feel like you are her priority at all times! She is straight, to the point and explains everything thoroughly! Even if you go in for blood she still checks out all of your vitals and more!
