I don't get the impression that they really want to help veterans when they need help! Its all about making money! The doctors usually seem quite nice and willing to help you during your appointment but that's about the only nice thing I can say. I've had multiple issues with the people the front desk, the most recent being my attempt to book a DOT physical after reading that you can get that done through the VA now. They told me that they couldn't do it and that I had to contact the VA, so I did and the VA immediatly schedu... read more
Libby Clinic has been really wonderful to my family and I. As veterans, my husband and I have had some pretty rough experiences and frustrations with other VA facilities. It is so relieving to be under such good care and we are always treated very well.
