Disgusting place to go. Went just recently to get my nails done and the lady couldn't understand me. Also used a nail file and nail buffer with white residue on it which means I wasn't the only customer that nail file was used on. Also be careful what nail polish you get, some have bubbles in them from the workers putting acetone in it to make it go longer. Go around the corner to Nails 31. I asked the lady repeatedly to let me soak a minute, but they dipped my feet in water got started. I told her the water was too cool and she did nothing. They cannot understand anything. I asked for a design on my big toe and she said, you have an ingrown toenail? I'm so disappointed.
I have known the shop owner for 9years now. He originally had a shop with his brother and they split up and got their own shops. Both are FANTASTIC. However, this particular brother hires people who are NOT professional nail artist! I NOR ANYONE SHOULD HAVE TO LEAVE A NAIL SALON AND SEE lumps, imperfections, uneven nails (acrylic & finger nail) cut fingers, and over pricing for no reason.
