My mother was diagnosed with stage 4 non small cell lung cancer in 2004 (she never smoked). Initially she was told to get her house in order because she didn't have long to live. Then she began receiving treatment from Dr. Liaw. She lived an additional 8 years because of Dr. Liaw's excellent care. Yes, the other reviews are correct. I have been sitting here since my appointment time of 3:00. It is now 4:38 and I’m yet to be seen or even spoken to. There are at least 4 patients ahead of me waiting to receive chemo. Understaffed, unorganized and extremely ineffective.

Muy appointment was at 3:00 ... she was not able to see me until 6 .. when I was with her she was rude asking the questions. One of the questions she ask me after I explained to her my symptoms was...Why me, why you came to me.? even when I explained to her that she was assigned to me as my primary doctor.I get upset and starting feeling really uncomfortable .
