I had a video consult with Lia when I was looking for a new therapist. She was very unprofessional. She was wearing a spaghetti straptank top, was at home with her son and dog interrupting, and it felt as if I was interrupting her day. It seems as though because I was using EAP she just wanted to do the set number of sessions and be done with me (based on a comment she made during our short video call). She may have been having a tough day or maybe childcare fell through, but it was a terrible experience.
Lia is amazing. We had the opportunity to network with Lia for mental health events, and she's very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. With those character traits, I believe she is highly skilled in showing up as a therapist to assist the community.
