I went into urgent care and seen Dr. Holloway, she listened to me about what was happening with my body, and knew what we needed to do right away. I am very thankful it was her I seen this day. Very respectful, very good listener, compassionate, and overall just a good experience from the front desk to the back. Thank you for hearing me and seeing me on a day I truly needed it, and helping me on the path to feeling better.
Staff and Doctor were amazing! We were in and out in less than an hour. They all made my 9 yr old son feel so comfortable while there.
She did not listen to any of my concerns of having been exposed to ticks in upstate New York and having all of the signs of potential Lyme disease. She instead covid tested me, did a poor job of doing a skin check for bulls eye rashes, and referred me to infectious disease specialist saying they wouldn’t know how to read a blood test for Lyme.
