Booked a massage 3 hours in advance and online booking states time was available. However when arriving at scheduled appointment time had to book for a time 1-2 hours due to other bookings. Also received a message that booking was confirmed! Not satisfied.

We booked this place very last minute for a moms’ night out and wanted to get foot massages for three of us. We ended up booking the 9 PM slot very last minute. I honestly think the massage staff had a long gap before our appointment just to accommodate us, but they still welcomed us very warmly when we arrived.
