After having to be hospitalized inpatient for over a week, I was set up with an outpatient. I had to reschedule. Then, I was called to report that Dr. Ponce called off on the day of my appt. I spoke to a couple people about my med refills so as not to be left with out this very important regimen. I was taken care of by Dr. Ponce. I feel I'm on the right track with her to improve my health.
Dr Ponce is my PCP and provides excellent patient care. She listens and answers my questions. My dermatologist removed a growth that came back as cancer. I saw Dr Ponce because I needed a referral to a surgeon. She checked the biopsy site and sent a referral to the surgeon. I had a consult with the surgeon the following day and am scheduled for surgery. Thank you, Dr Ponce.
